All formats are generated together and available immediately after processing.

How do credits work?

Credit usage scales with video duration. Short videos (0–20 min) cost 1 credit, scaling up to 21 credits for 10-hour videos. Submitting a URL generates all output formats at once. Free plan users receive 3 starter credits on signup (one-time only — credits do not reset monthly). Creator plan gets 100 credits/month, Pro plan gets 250 credits/month, and Business plan gets 700 credits/month.

Yes — video length limits vary by plan: Free plan supports videos up to 20 minutes, Creator plan up to 2 hours, Pro plan up to 6 hours, and Business plan up to 10 hours. Videos exceeding 10 hours and ongoing live streams are not supported.

How long is my content history saved?

Your generated content is stored in History based on your plan: Free plan keeps history for 3 days, Creator plan for 30 days, and Pro & Business plans store history indefinitely. You can view, copy, and export any past generation from the History page.

Can I export my generated content?

Export to file is available on Creator, Pro, and Business plans. Free plan users can copy any output to clipboard but do not have file export support. Upgrading unlocks download/export functionality for all content types.

Yes! Free plan users receive full output generation on every valid request up to their monthly credit limit.

Which languages are supported?

ytpix currently works best with English-language YouTube videos. Videos must have a transcript available (either auto-generated or manually uploaded by the creator). We are actively working on expanding support for additional languages.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your account dashboard. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle, and you retain full access to your current paid plan and remaining credits until your current billing period expires. There are no cancellation fees.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Free plan users receive 3 one-time starter credits on signup — these do not renew. Once used, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan to continue generating. Paid plan users (Creator, Pro, Business) receive monthly credits that reset each billing cycle. Your existing History remains accessible regardless. You can upgrade at any time from your Billing dashboard.

Does ytpix work for any YouTube video?

ytpix works with any public YouTube video that has a transcript available. Videos without any transcript, private videos, age-restricted videos, and active live streams are not supported.

How do Team Workspaces work?

Business plan subscribers can invite up to 4 team members (max 5 seats total including owner). Team members share the Business plan's monthly credit pool and can generate video content together.

How do API Keys work?

Business plan subscribers can generate secret API keys from Settings > API Keys to programmatically generate social content via our REST API. You can manage and revoke API keys at any time from your dashboard.

How does the YTPix Affiliate & Referral Program work?

Accepted Answer

Every registered user gets their own unique referral link and referral code. When creators or businesses sign up through your link or enter your code in their Account Settings, you earn a 20% recurring monthly commission on all their subscription renewals and credit pack purchases for 12 months.

What if a friend forgot to click my referral link before signing up?

They can still support you! If a new user forgot to use your link, they can enter your unique Referral Code into the 'Were you referred by a creator or friend?' redemption box in Account Settings (ytpix.com/settings). Post-signup referral redemption is available for 7 days after account creation and must be claimed before purchasing any paid plan.

How long does affiliate payout approval take?

Withdrawal requests are manually reviewed for anti-fraud security and processed within 24 to 48 hours. Once approved, funds are transferred directly via PayPal (global creators) or UPI (Indian creators), and an automated confirmation email with the transaction reference ID is sent to your inbox.

What is the 14-day clearance hold period?

Commissions are held in a pending clearance state for 14 calendar days from the date of payment to account for customer refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks. Once the 14 days pass without dispute, funds automatically move into your Available Balance for withdrawal.
